Feed additive
Each sachet contains 100 g tiamulin hydrogen fumarate.
Indications:
It is indicated to prevent and control of chronic respiratory disease (mycoplasmosis) in poultry. Timulin hydrogen fumarate is effective against gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus spp., and Streptococcus spp.) , some gram-negative bacteria (Campylobacter, Pasteurella haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida , Haemophilus), anerobic bacteria (Clostridium perfringens ), Spirochete and Mycoplasma (M. galisepticum, M. synoviae)
Contraindications:
Avoid administering ionophores coccidiostatic drugs such as monensin, salinomycine, maduramicine, and naracin in poultry medicated by tiamulin with dosage more than 3.25 mg/kg.
Dosage and Administration:
For treatment of CRD and infectious synovitis in poultry :
25-50 mg/kg body weight, daily for 3-5 consecutive days; or mix 5 mg of tiamulin 10% in 1000 kg of poultry feed.( Dosing schedules are depending on age and species of poultry.)
For prevention and control of CRD in broilers:
3mg/kg body weight, daily , in high risk period (1-5 weeks of age); or mix 0.3 mg of powder on 1 tonne of pultry feed.
Precautions:
Tiamulin is compatible with some ionophores coccidiostatic drugs such as lasolasid and semduramycin.

3 days.
